In the Lakota dialect/language, canteyuke means to have a giving heart. Our corporation was founded on the idea that we are all related and through this belief, we have been able to reach out to many of the Lakota people on and around the Rosebud Reserve, South Dakota.
Canteyuke, Inc., is a Texas 501(c) (3) Non-Profit Corporation. Our primary goal is to assist the Lakota people of the Rosebud Reserve, by providing assistance with food, clothing, blankets and other necessities. Our hope is to assist those in need and specifically, those who continue to live a tradtional lifestyle and have devoted their lives to keeping the Lakota way of life alive for the generations to come.
